GPOYMW- Gratuitous Picture of Your Mom Wednesday, that is. Here she is, on the far left with the white-girl fro at age 12 in 1963. In Boston, with her sister Muriel and Brother Jack. They took an unchaperoned trip on greyhound buses to Boston and New York City. It was the only time she visited New York until we came for the first time in 2003, consequently, my mother has only seen NYC before and after the Twin Towers, never with.
Also, I love that skirt and wish it had made it through the ages but she kept literally nothing.
